Instructions:
For example, there is test.apk. Decompile it using ApkTool (ApkTool M).
After decompiling ApkTool (ApkTool M), the test_src folder will appear. This will be the project folder.
Select the path to the test_src folder in ApkToolPatcher.
Apply the required patches in ApkToolPatcher. You can select patches with a "***" mark or without a mark.
Select the folder with the applied patches test_src via ApkTool (ApkTool M).
Build a project.
