Basically
https://hashes.com/en/decrypt/hash decrypts KNOWN hashes. keyword is these hashes have to be KNOWN. They are from previously leaked breaches. Just copy the hash, enter the capcha , and you'll get back a plain text result if it's found NOT ALL HASHES
