This application allows you to apply blur effects on videos and images in your phone or media captured with the camera.
Unlike other applications you can define multiple areas to blur with rectangles or custom shapes (select wire/finger select), you can also define time interval for each area vywch and adjust the strength of the blur filter along with the option to blur the selected or deselected area.
